kangaroo-redKangaroo Marsupial from Australia and Tasmania. Kangaroos eat grass and other vegetation they are usually found in the planes. They have powerful hind legs that move them swiftly, and can leap as much as 25 ft. at one bound, they're also used to delivering blows at enemies with there sharply clawed feet when cornered.

The tail is long and muscular and serves as a balance while leaping, and also as a prop when standing, fighting, and moving slowly. Their front limbs, are small but are efficient for grasping. There are various kangaroos, includes the great gray kangaroo, largest member; the wallaroo ; the red kangaroo , common in zoos ; the brush kangaroo or Wallaby , smaller and familiar in all zoos of Europe and America; the tree kangaroo, with fore and hind limbs nearly equal in length; and lastly the rat kangaroo, which is about the size of a hair.
